Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,258 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter grouped by SARDH-low versus SARDH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
