Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,893 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEF8, CCNYL1, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARDH versus DEF8 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
