Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,092 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of membrane invagination, Positive regulation of membrane invagination, and Icosanoid secretion. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of membrane invagination grouped by SARDH-low versus SARDH-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
