Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGRP, PAPOLB, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
