Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAR1AP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SAR1AP3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SAR1AP3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAR1AP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

SKCM, HNSC, and MESO are the cancer types where SAR1AP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
