The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher SAR1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAR1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where SAR1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
