SAR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,682 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFBP, PPP3CB, and ECD. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAR1A versus KIFBP in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
