SAR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,603 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIFBP, DBN1, and ADO. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAR1A versus KIFBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
