Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,646 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGH, INTS2, and ALDH3A1. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.
