Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1283-1, MIR4324, and MIR3661. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1283-1 grouped by SAR1A-low versus SAR1A-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
