Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, ACC1, and Heregulin. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.
