Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,183 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAR1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with SAR1A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1A results are reported.
