Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAPCD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAPCD2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SAPCD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAPCD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, SCLC, and COAD are the cancer types where SAPCD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
