Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAPCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,524 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAPCD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to cell cortex, Mitotic DNA replication, and Positive regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with SAPCD2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAPCD2-to-partner and partner-to-SAPCD2 results are reported.
