Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAPCD1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,122 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAPCD1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary anterograde transport, Positive regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Microtubule-based transport. Each is linked with SAPCD1-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAPCD1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SAPCD1-AS1 results are reported.
