SAP30L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP30L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C2, RNA5SP516, and RNU6-136P. Each is linked with SAP30L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30L-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6C2 grouped by SAP30L-low versus SAP30L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
