SAP30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,331 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPG, HPF1, and IDH3G. Each is linked with SAP30 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP30 versus NCAPG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
