Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,507 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPG, TTK, and CENPF. Each is linked with SAP30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP30 versus NCAPG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
