SAP30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, CENPU, and CCNB2. Each is linked with SAP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by SAP30-low versus SAP30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
