SAP30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, PDCD4, and Rab25. Each is linked with SAP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by SAP30-low versus SAP30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
