SAP130

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP130 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP130-associated genes across cancer lineages are ILF3, BARD1, and KLHL23. Each is linked with SAP130 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP130-to-partner and partner-to-SAP130 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP130 versus ILF3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP130→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP130) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
