SAP130

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP130 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP130-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1B1, LACTB, and DHDDS. Each is linked with SAP130 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP130-to-partner and partner-to-SAP130 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1B1 grouped by SAP130-low versus SAP130-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP130→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP130) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
