Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAP130 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP130-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic nuclear division, Chromosome segregation, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with SAP130 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP130-to-partner and partner-to-SAP130 results are reported.
