SAP130

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAP130 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 466 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP130-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, ODF3, and ELOA3BP. Each is linked with SAP130 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP130-to-partner and partner-to-SAP130 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by SAP130-low versus SAP130-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP130→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP130) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
