SAMSN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMSN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMSN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V1, PRSS58, and TAFA1. Each is linked with SAMSN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMSN1-to-partner and partner-to-SAMSN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V1 grouped by SAMSN1-low versus SAMSN1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMSN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMSN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
