SAMMSON

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMMSON RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,660 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMMSON-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRHP4, MIB1, and BCL9. Each is linked with SAMMSON in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMMSON-to-partner and partner-to-SAMMSON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMMSON versus UQCRHP4 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMMSON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMMSON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
