SAMM50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMM50 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMM50-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, p62 Lck ligand, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with SAMM50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMM50-to-partner and partner-to-SAMM50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by SAMM50-low versus SAMM50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMM50→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMM50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
