SAMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, STRA8, and PGK2. Each is linked with SAMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD3-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by SAMD3-low versus SAMD3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
