The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SAMD15 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAMD15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where SAMD15 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
