SAMD15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,733 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, WDR54, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with SAMD15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD15-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD15 versus WDR35 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
