Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAMD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, EIF4EBP2, and ZBTB4. Each is linked with SAMD15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD15-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD15 versus RNASEH2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
