SAMD15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAMD15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,638 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAL1, TTLL5, and CCDC157. Each is linked with SAMD15 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD15-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAMD15 versus DNAL1 in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD15→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
