SAMD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,815 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKACB, TLR2, and UPP1. Each is linked with SAMD13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD13-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
