Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,329 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02593, SCARF2, and MXRA8. Each is linked with SAMD11 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD11-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD11 results are reported.
