SAMD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAMD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,934 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAMD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, PARVA, and HSPG2. Each is linked with SAMD11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAMD11-to-partner and partner-to-SAMD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAMD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAMD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
