SALRNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALRNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,911 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALRNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL1A2, COL3A1, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with SALRNA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALRNA2-to-partner and partner-to-SALRNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALRNA2 versus COL1A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALRNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALRNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
