SALRNA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALRNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,403 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALRNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIX1, SIX4, and C14orf39. Each is linked with SALRNA1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALRNA1-to-partner and partner-to-SALRNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALRNA1 versus SIX1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALRNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALRNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
