SALL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,099 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP9, SERPINH1, and SULF1. Each is linked with SALL4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL4-to-partner and partner-to-SALL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL4 versus FKBP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
