SALL4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 811 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERLIN1, GLI1, and SIPA1L2. Each is linked with SALL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL4-to-partner and partner-to-SALL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SALL4 versus ERLIN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.98.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
