SALL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SALL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, Annexin_VII, and TFRC. Each is linked with SALL4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL4-to-partner and partner-to-SALL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SALL4-low versus SALL4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
