Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,467 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP64, RBM4B, and PRPF39. Each is linked with SALL4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL4-to-partner and partner-to-SALL4 results are reported.
