SALL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SALL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,695 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SALL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SALL4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SALL4-to-partner and partner-to-SALL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of RNA splicing grouped by SALL4-low versus SALL4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SALL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SALL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
