Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAFB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,218 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM97, ACTA2, and EMP3. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAFB versus TMEM97 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
