SAFB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,659 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAVER1, EHMT1, and RBM14. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAFB versus RAVER1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
