Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,387 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAFB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Nucleic acid transport, and RNA transport. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.
