Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, SH3GL2, and XRCC6. Each is linked with SAFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAFB-to-partner and partner-to-SAFB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by SAFB-low versus SAFB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
