Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,694 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, MCM5, and SMC2. Each is linked with SAE1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAE1 versus LIG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
