SAE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,744 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBA2, ZNF146, and ANKRD27. Each is linked with SAE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAE1-to-partner and partner-to-SAE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAE1 versus UBA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
