SACS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SACS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SACS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, SACS_S2511, and PRKCD. Each is linked with SACS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SACS-to-partner and partner-to-SACS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SACS versus CEP170 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SACS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SACS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
