SAAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNM1P5, MIR615, and OR4A18P. Each is linked with SAAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAAL1-to-partner and partner-to-SAAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNM1P5 grouped by SAAL1-low versus SAAL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
